THE 24 March 11 THE MIN DN ANNOUNCED A NEW POLICY ON SUPPORT CAREER TRANSITION IN ORDER TO IMPROVE CARE AND SUPPORT THAT MAKE THE CF THE MILITARY OR SERIOUSLY INJURED PATIENTS WITH COMPLEX NEEDS OF TRANSITION. CANFORGENs THIS IS TO EXPLAIN THIS POLICY
ALL CF MEMBERS WHO SERVE IN THE REGULAR FORCE RESERVE OR THE FIRST HAVE TO BE PHYSICALLY ABLE, employable and deployable FOR CONDUCT OPERATIONAL TASKS IN SUPPORT FUNCTIONS OF DEFENCE AND SECURITY ASSIGNED TO THE CF IN ADDITION TO THE SPECIFIC TASKS THEIR OCCUPATIONS. THEREFORE THE CF HAVE UNDERTAKEN TO ENSURE THE PRINCIPLE OF UNIVERSALITY OF SERVICE (U.S.) DESCRIBED IN THE DOCUMENT REF A AND RELATED STANDARDS

ACCORDING TO THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF PROFITS, SUPPORT THE TRANSITION MAY INCLUDE THE CONTINUING HEALTH CARE OF INTEGRATED FC SOCIAL SUPPORT OF MILITARY COMMUNITY, SUBVENTIONEE TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND HELP FOR THE PREPARATION FOR A SECOND CAREER INCLUDING PREPARATIONS TO MEET REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO THE PRIORITY HIRING OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES OR A TRANSFER OF EMPLOYMENT NPF. THE CF facilitate ALSO CHANGING THE COATS AND DESIGNATED POSITIONS IN SUPPORT ADMINSTRATIF CDN RANGERS FOR MEMBERS OF THE REGULAR FORCE AND THE FIRST RESERVE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN REMAINING IN THE MILITARY SERVICE TO MEET AND CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY RESPECTIVE FOR THESE SUB-COMPONENTS OF THE RESERVE
