Canada Funds First Family Support Hotline in Kabul that will benefit Afghan Women

On January 30, 2013, the Canadian Embassy in Afghanistan's Head of Political Section, Marina Laker, and Programming Officer, Emily Burns, attended the opening of Afghanistan's first Family Support Hotline in Kabul. This pilot project, funded by the Government of Canada will equip women with a support network and improve women's access to justice and human rights.
